• OntoEnrich ( current biomedical ontologies have limited axiomatization, which prevents machines to make the best possible use of ontologies. We have developed the OntoEnrich framework for the semiautomatic generation of axioms by inspecting the regularities and contents of the labels.
  • OquaRE framework ( we developed the OQuaRE framework for the evaluation of the quality of ontologies. I have reimplemented a part of it to use the OWLApi instead of Jena and adapting Neo4J for calculating paths, developt the web service, web page and develop methods to dynamically adapt OQuaRE to different repositories of biomedical ontologies.
